Founding Director

Originally from the UK, Robert Ward began his career in bid writing and management straight out of university, starting off in the roles of bid coordinator and manager for various healthcare companies. He was subsequently headhunted by Virgin Care, where he accepted a role in business development, with his primary responsibilities being bid writing and management. Looking for new challenges, Robert subsequently worked in various business development and contract management positions within NHS trusts, where he gained experience on the procurement side of tendering. Then in 2017 Robert started his own bid consultancy, Reynolds Ward Consulting, which has developed into a successful UK company.

Robert’s experience in bid writing and business development spans across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, social care, recruitment, ICT, cleaning, catering, education, charities and more.

On Moving to Australia, Robert founded Angus Ward Consulting, bringing over 12 years of bid writing, bid management and business development experience to the Australian market.

Robert works closely with clients to ensure all work produced is of the highest standard and specific to the client’s individual needs.
