Our Bid Writing Process

On engaging Angus Ward to write your bid, we assign you an individual or team that have the most relevant experience to support you. Your assigned consultants will have a video call session with you in order to comprehensively understand what your service solution is, develop win themes, and agree roles, responsiblities and timelines. 

We then storyboard and plan out each answer, ensuring that your solution and your unique selling points are threaded throughout the entire bid. Through this process, it will emerge what further information we need from you. We gather this information and start on the first draft.

We develop all answers from scratch, only ever utilising your previous bid collateral as a guideline.

Through developing your answers from scratch, this provides you with high-quality and bespoke answers that will exactly meet the end client’s requirements and precisely convey your solution and why you should win the contract.
